Sifu Justin Harris has 26 years of experience in the research, study and practice of Authentic Chinese Kung Fu.
Sifu Justin Harris started his study of the Chinese Martial and Healing Arts in 1987 and continues to learn and research everyday.
Trained under some of the best teachers such as Mr. Robert W. Smith, Master Patrick Zheng, Master Zhang Zhanyan, Master Terry Segur and many others.
Sifu Harris has studied many different styles over the years some of which include :- Shorin Ryu Karate Do, Yang Style Tai Chi, Chen Panling style Xingyi and Baguazhang, Sun Style Tai Chi, Xingyi and Baguazhang, White Crane, Shaolin Kung Fu and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
Sifu Harris has been teaching Kung Fu and Tai Chi in Fort Worth, Texas for the last 10 years in a traditional yet simple and effective way, creating students who have successfully used this system to protect themselves in the time of confrontation, heal themselves of various ailments, and achieve relaxation and balance in their daily lives.
